Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Manage guest reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems. Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, stay details, and billing using property management systems (PMS). Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management. Support guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred. Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being at all times. Experience in handling night audit tasks and resort-specific operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness in all interactions.
