Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the property Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) like OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues smoothly Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle guest relations with tact, patience, and problem-solving acumen Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is a plus Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings or with property management systems (PMS), is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information Join us as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable hospitality experiences! $22.48 - $27.08 per hour
