Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-service-oriented front desk agent to work the morning shift (7AM - 3PM) & afternoon shift (3PM - 11PM) with high level of professionalism to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, assisting guests, and performing nightly financial audits to maintain accurate hotel records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and able to handle guest interactions professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check-in, and check-out guests efficiently and courteously Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel system Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and generate audit reports Monitor hotel security, ensuring the safety of guests and property Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and organized Perform end-of-day procedures and prepare reports for management Ensure market place is stocked
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Fosse) is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk position at Fairfield Inn & Suites!
