We have clients, suppliers, candidates and other visitors coming through the office each week, so we need someone who is comfortable being the first face they see. You do not need to be overly corporate. We are looking for someone friendly, bubbly and confident who enjoys talking to people and knows how to make someone feel welcome. Day to Day 9:00am starts with getting reception ready and checking the day ahead. From there, you will be welcoming visitors, answering calls, booking meeting rooms, accepting deliveries and helping with general office requests. There will be quieter periods too, when you can catch up on admin and make sure everything at the front desk is organised. What We're Looking For Has a confident and friendly personality Enjoys meeting new people Is comfortable answering calls Can stay organised without constant supervision Has good written and verbal communication Is reliable and arrives ready for the day Previous Front Desk Agent experience is useful but not essential. Hospitality, retail, customer service and admin backgrounds can also work well.
