Front Desk Clerk Stephenville / Dublin KOA is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while efficiently handling front-desk operations, reservations, payments, and guest requests. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service by efficiently processing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and handling guest requests according to established policies and procedures. Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining positive guest relations. Maintain detailed knowledge of site and cabin rates, services, hours of operation, special packages, promotions, group activities, and expected guest arrivals and departures. Accurately process guest registrations, verify reservation information, collect and document payment methods, and handle cash transactions while maintaining security and accuracy. Process check-outs, adjustments, paid-outs, corrections, miscellaneous charges, and daily reports using the property management/computer system. Assist guests with locating and accessing assigned sites or cabins by providing clear directions or personally escorting them when needed. Register walk-in guests and provide accurate information about accommodations, amenities, rates, policies, and available services. Handle telephone reservations and guest inquiries using professional greetings, clear communication, and proper telephone etiquette. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests while maintaining a welcoming and professional front-desk environment. Handle U-Haul reservations and assist customers with related questions and requests. Manage cabin rentals , including coordinating and assisting with cabin cleaning and turnover as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and guest-service area. Perform other duties related to guest services and daily property operations as assigned. Train on propane cylinder fills and be able to get Propane certification Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling cash, payments, and reservations accurately. Able to use computers and learn property-management systems. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Comfortable assisting guests with a variety of requests. Previous hotel, campground, resort, rental, or customer-service experience is a plus.
