Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier hospitality experiences across our resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with courteous phone etiquette Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively Support night audit operations by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports to ensure accuracy and security Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and seamlessly Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure personalized service Qualifications Proven experience in hotel or hospitality roles, especially at the front desk or in guest services Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters positive guest relationships Familiarity with Opera PMS and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and professional appearance to represent the hospitality brand positively Previous hotel experience or resort background preferred to understand the nuances of guest services in a hospitality environment Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes a difference! Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
