Your Role:
As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience by delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. Your mission is to ensure guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for, while also managing reservations and handling inquiries efficiently. Some of your key responsibilities include: Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Operation of the telephone switchboard in a courteous manner. Answer guest inquiries about hotel service, facilities, and hours of operation as well as nearby restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc. Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel. Follow credit policies. Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions; be familiar with all in-house groups; be aware of closed out and restricted dates. Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow rate quoting scenario. Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Assist management with inventory control and stocking products. Employees must always be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and all other employees. Sanitize keys when they are turned in and maintain lobby and public space cleaning. Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
Customer Service experience in a hotel or related field preferred A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be proficient with Windows operating systems. A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Flexible availability.What We'll Do For You:
