Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience at our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and messages. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions. Familiarity with guest services and relations is essential for success in this role. Experience with night audit processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
