Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent for morning shifts to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for a memorable stay, while your exceptional customer service skills will foster guest loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where every day presents new interactions and opportunities to shine. Schedule would be Friday-Sunday 7am-3pm Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy Support guest relations efforts by addressing special requests or needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Requirements Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is a plus Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Previous experience with is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism A background in hospitality management or hotel experience is highly valued Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and become a key contributor to delivering exceptional guest services in a vibrant hospitality setting.
