The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using office software.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management and filing documents.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office software and administrative procedures; experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing outstanding service.
