Hotel Front Desk Agent 3PM-11PM Part-Time Hampton Inn Georgetown is located at 160 River Oaks Cove Georgetown, TX 78626 behind Burger King on the I-35 Frontage road. Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, working from 3PM to 11PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. This role requires proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS). Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately within the PMS platform. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained properly. Process payments securely and issue receipts as needed. Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, clean, and welcoming. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and reporting as required. Skills Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred, but will train the right persons. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Pay:
Up to $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
