Duties:
```- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times ```
Requirements:
```- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
