Duties:
```
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times ```
Requirements:
```
  • Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and hotel management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
