Your Impact As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, memorable experience. You will deliver efficient, professional service throughout the guest stay, from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Complete guest check-in, room assignments, and check-out procedures while accommodating special requests. Utilize the Agilysys property management system to manage reservations and guest profiles. Process guest billing, cash transactions, and end-of-shift balancing accurately. Maintain knowledge of room rates, resort amenities, daily activities, and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous customer service experience required; hotel or resort experience preferred. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
