5 Days per Week | 8-Hour Shifts Join our hospitality family at TownePlace Suites Houston TX , where comfort meets Southern charm. We're currently seeking a reliable and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries by phone and in person Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Issue room keys and provide hotel and area information Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Resolve guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Desired Experience:

1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar setting Previous front desk or hotel experience is a strong plus Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or POS systems is helpful Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfort working independently or as part of a team Professional appearance and communication skills
