In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure guests feel valued, comfortable, and eager to return. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles using hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and experience with night audit procedures is a plus Exceptional communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive during busy morning shifts Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest services, hospitality management, or front desk responsibilities Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a real difference!
