The Role:
The Minibar Attendant is responsible of ensuring that our guests enjoy a well-stocked and impeccably maintained minibar experience. This role is essential in upholding our hotel's commitment to luxury, comfort, and seamless guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly. Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates. Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas. Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms. Provide courteous and discreet service, respecting guests' privacy. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.
Qualifications Experience and Qualifications:
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Basic math skills for inventory tracking and guest charges. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
