Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position requires a strong focus on guest relations, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounts. Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and ensuring a pleasant stay. Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, providing information about hotel services and amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or as a Night Auditor is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
