Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting
