Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, making a positive first impression Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments Manage phone calls, emails, and room reservations Process payments, handle cash, and ensure accurate billing Adhere to hotel policies and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Exceptional customer service or hospitality skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing role Knowledge of hotel reservation and property management systems (experience with PEP system is a plus) Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
