The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information. Assist with billing inquiries and ensure accurate charges are applied. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints effectively. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently. Ability to perform night audits accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of guest services best practices within the hospitality industry. A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests.
