The Front Desk Manager serves as the heart of the front office, managing daily administrative functions while delivering exceptional service and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment. Duties Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, including check-in, check-out, and concierge assistance Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous communication with guests and vendors Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols, accounts receivables and payables Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information to support efficient hotel management Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk activities reflect the hotel's commitment to excellence Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, Hilton brands experience a must. Pep trained will land you the job. Must be knowledgeable of R&I and Grow Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable, Pep trained will land you the job.
