What You'll Do Greet every guest with warmth and confidence, setting the tone for a luxury experience from check-in to check-out Manage the front desk: answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and keep the day running smoothly Support marketing to existing guests and help location manager with social media Educate guests on our offerings (injectables, laser, skin treatments, IV therapy, weight management, and more) with accuracy and enthusiasm Process payments, manage the POS system, and handle memberships and gift cards Keep the reception and retail areas immaculate, on-brand, and welcoming Support providers and the wider team to ensure every guest leaves delighted What We're Looking For A people person who makes everyone feel cared for and valued Sales-minded and goal-oriented Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong scheduling and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and general computer tasks Available for a part-time schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays Nice to Have Prior experience in a med spa, salon, dental, or luxury hospitality/retail setting Familiarity with aesthetic treatments (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, microneedling, HydraFacial, IV therapy, weight loss) Experience with membership or package-based sales Experience with Zenoti (or similar spa scheduling/POS software) Why VIO Med Spa McKinney?
