Job Title:

Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Compensation:

$14.00 per hour

Minimum Age:

18 years of age or older

Schedule:

M-Th 3pm - 7pm Your Day-to-Day Impact As a Front Desk Associate, you will handle a dynamic mix of customer service and administrative tasks.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Creating Warm Welcomes:

Greet members, guests, and athletes with an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional attitude, making everyone feel valued and at home.

Streamlining Communication:

Act as the primary hub of information. Answer phone calls, and handle in person inquiries about our programs, memberships, and schedules with clarity and care.

Growing Our Community:

Assist new and returning members with where to go for sign-ups, renewals, account updates, and processing payments.

Organizing Operations:

Maintain clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby areas. Keep digital databases and physical records up to date to ensure seamless daily operations.

Collaborate with coaching staff, instructors, and management to support day-to-day facility needs, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for all. Required Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Age Requirement:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Work Ethic:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available Schedules & Shifts We are currently hiring for a part-time position Mondays - Thursdays from 3pm - 7pm.
