  • 11:00) Job Overview Hampton Inn is seeking a reliable and guest‑focused Part‑Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service during overnight hours while accurately completing nightly audit and front desk duties. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently. With Responsibilities Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily revenues and reports Accurately post room charges, payments, and adjustments Handle cash, credit cards, and billing according to hotel procedures Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Monitor hotel activity to ensure guest safety and security Prepare reports and communicate important information to management and morning staff Follow all Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (Opera experience a plus) Schedule & Requirements Must be available to work overnight shifts Weekends and holidays required as needed Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Benefits (May Vary by Property) Competitive hourly pay Flexible part‑time schedule Hilton employee travel discounts Supportive team environment Work Location In person Hampton Inn is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
