Job Description

The front desk agent will be responsible for greeting and serving guests at our hotel. 40 hours all year round.
Responsibilities:
Check guests into hotel. Check guests out of hotel. Answer and direct phone calls. Direct and coordinate activities of staff in department or area. Able to understand and enforce company policies and procedures. Able to answer questions about the hotel, services, rates and charges, etc. Put up the breakfast, refill breakfast, clean the breakfast dishes and breakfast area. Sweep and mop front desk area and clean other things. Clean elevator door, the entrance door, cabinets.
