Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality hotel front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment. Knowledge of hotel systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse guest base.
