This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring guests receive prompt assistance throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and balance cash or credit transactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and answering phones.
