Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and preparing reports to maintain accurate financial records Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards across all interactions to enhance the overall guest experience Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Previous experience with night audit procedures or guest relations roles is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal rapport-building Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
