Front Desk Agent

Duties:

• Greet Guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly, and helping with the check-in process seamlessly.
• Manage multi-line phone systems professionally, offering accurate information and courteous help.
• Address guest requests, complaints, and questions quickly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform night audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports to keep financial records accurate.
• Keep guest records, reservations, and billing data precise and confidential.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs and ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain excellent phone manners and service standards in all interactions to improve guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel management and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Experience with night audits or guest relations roles is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
