Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Clerk to provide exceptional guest services at our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in hotel management are highly valued to enhance guest relations and overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate guest records and billing information Perform night audit procedures as required to ensure financial accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person Assist with guest relations to foster a positive stay experience Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus for serving diverse clientele Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous Familiarity with night audit procedures is desirable but not mandatory Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction skills This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and hospitality excellence are valued.
