In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring each guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a memorable stay, while your attention to detail and multitasking skills keep operations running smoothly. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills and thrive in a fast-paced resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly using excellent phone etiquette Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software Conduct night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reconcile daily transactions Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest relations and uphold high standards of hospitality management Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries via phone or in person Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software preferred Excellent interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor under pressure Ability to work independently during evening shifts while maintaining team collaboration when needed Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
