Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
