Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk/LAUNDRY Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
SHIFTS ARE
Three (3) 3-ll shifts and TWO (2) Overnight shifts each week with occasional changes according to hotel needs.. Responsibilities 1. Guest Services and Laundry Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure All three shifts of Front Desk Agents are expected to keep laundry washed and folded throughout the day, setting each following shift up for success. 2. Reservations & Room Assignments Take and manage room reservations via phone, email, or in person Confirm and modify bookings as needed Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability 3. Administrative Duties Maintain guest records and update the system with accurate information Process payments, refunds, and authorizations Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports 4. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Relay messages and deliver mail/packages to guests or hotel departments Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel 5. Security & Compliance Follow hotel policies regarding guest identification and payment Monitor lobby activity for safety and security Report suspicious activity or emergencies to management/security 6. Upselling & Promotions Promote hotel services, upgrades, and amenities to increase revenue Inform guests about special offers or loyalty programs Check guests in and out efficiently Provide accurate information about the hotel, amenities, and local area Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong computer skills Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in clerical or administrative roles is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
