This hybrid role includes front desk hospitality, barista duties in our café area, light bartending in our bar area, and laundry room operations. You'll be the heart of our guest experience—from check-in to lattes to fresh linens. Duties Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Assist with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Monitor room availability and communicate with housekeeping Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the property. Foster positive guest relations by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs. Prepare teas, coffee, cocktails and espresso-based drinks to order Operate POS system for marketplace sales Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels Assist housekeeping with linen delivery to rooms when needed Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services is required Must be 21+ years of age Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
