The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out of their accommodations, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately. Manage reservations and handle modifications or cancellations as needed. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests. Assist with night audit duties, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and reconciled. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling incoming calls. Maintain cleanliness at the Front Desk and surrounding. Periodically check and maintain cleanliness in the lobby area. Experience Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred, particularly in a resort or hotel setting. Familiarity with hospitality management practices is advantageous. candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role. You are representing the corporation and its adequacy which requires maintaining proper grooming, hygiene and dressing to be presentable.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, the ability complete tasks using repetitive motions. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and excellent customer service. This position holds specific skills and requirements to perform the essential job functions.
