Local Knowledge:
Provide information on hotel amenities, local dining, and area attractions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
Soft Skills:
Friendly attitude, clear verbal communication, patience, and multitasking ability.
Physical Needs:
Ability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting.
