In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages guest inquiries, and ensures smooth operations at the front desk. Your energy and hospitality expertise will set the tone for an exceptional stay, making every guest feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline guest interactions. Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices to enhance the guest experience. Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and financial accuracy. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experience working in diverse environments that require excellent phone etiquette and multitasking skills.
