Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously while providing accurate information about hotel amenities and services. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive guest relations and personalized service. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and manage room assignments using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as needed to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's commitment to hospitality excellence. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 resort operations. Knowledge of guest relations strategies, hospitality standards, and hotel experience best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.
