This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that every client, partner, and team member receives a warm welcome and efficient service.   • Key Responsibilities
  • The primary focus of this position is to manage all incoming communications and reception activities with grace and efficiency.
You will be responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, and greeting all visitors upon their arrival.
