Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. In a high-end resort setting, this role goes far beyond checking guests in and out; it is about anticipating needs, crafting bespoke experiences, and delivering flawless, intuitive service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our discerning clientele, ensuring that every interaction reflects the resort's commitment to unparalleled luxury, privacy, and hospitality. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a warm welcome at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end hospitality environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive attitude and organizational talents will make a meaningful impact every day!
