The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle phone systems to respond to inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services. Assist guests with any requests or concerns during their stay, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Conduct night audits (if scheduled) ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences. Support the overall operations of the front desk team and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within a hotel setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in every interaction.
