Front Desk Staff Form Flow Pilates Sugar Land, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $20 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Inventory management Receptionist experience within education industry Cash register Attention to detail Restaurant experience Full Job Description Form Flow Pilates is looking for a dependable, polished, energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. Our front desk team is an important part of the overall Form Flow experience and helps keep the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently throughout the day. This is a hands-on position. In addition to welcoming and assisting clients, Front Desk Associates are responsible for maintaining the studio, resetting spaces between classes, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and supporting instructors and daily studio operations. Previous boutique fitness or front desk experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Daily Responsibilities Warmly greet clients as they enter and assist with class check-in Help new clients navigate the studio, complete required waivers, and understand studio procedures Assist clients with basic questions regarding classes, memberships, packages, bookings, and studio policies Learn and use

for client check-in and basic account assistance Answer the studio phone and assist with general client inquiries Process retail purchases, including grip socks, beverages, and other studio merchandise Keep the front desk, lobby, retail displays, and client areas clean, organized, and presentation-ready Regularly check and clean restrooms and restock toiletries and supplies Clean and disinfect Reformers and other studio equipment as needed Help reset the Reformer Lab between classes and make sure equipment is properly positioned and ready for the next class Maintain the Infrared Oasis between classes, including resetting equipment and keeping the room clean and organized Clean and organize weights, bands, blocks, Bala equipment, mats, and other class accessories Collect, wash, dry, fold, roll, and restock studio towels as needed Empty trash and maintain overall studio cleanliness throughout the shift Restock water, towels, cleaning products, retail items, restroom supplies, and other studio essentials Assist instructors with microphones, music, equipment, room setup, and other class needs Make sure studios are prepared before clients enter and assist with smooth transitions between classes Monitor the studio throughout the shift and proactively address anything that needs cleaning, restocking, resetting, or attention Follow all opening and closing procedures and daily studio checklists Communicate maintenance issues, client concerns, inventory needs, or operational problems to management promptly Assist with studio events, promotions, deliveries, inventory, and other operational needs when necessary What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with clients Professional in appearance and communication Highly organized and attentive to detail Comfortable cleaning and maintaining a fitness studio throughout the shift Able to work independently without needing constant direction Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Able to learn new software and studio procedures quickly Comfortable using an iPad, computer, POS system, and basic technology Able to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and through written messages Interested in fitness, Pilates, wellness, hospitality, or client service Able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends depending on studio needs Experience No specific amount of previous front desk experience is required. Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required: Customer service Reception/front desk Retail Hospitality Fitness or wellness studios Pilates or yoga studios Spa or salon environments Restaurants or other fast-paced client-facing businesses MINDBODY or similar scheduling/POS software We are looking for someone with the right work ethic, personality, reliability, and attention to detail and will provide training on Form Flow's systems and procedures.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
