Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight shifts) Employee discount benefits Enrollment incentives Opportunity to work in a high-traffic, established hotel brand Team-oriented environment with training and support Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests at check-in Manage front desk operations including arrivals, departures, and reservations Handle multi-line phone system with professionalism and urgency Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately Maintain guest records, billing accuracy, and system updates Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Coordinate with housekeeping and hotel staff for seamless operations Perform administrative duties including data entry and scheduling Uphold brand standards in communication, presentation, and service Qualifications (We Are Looking for Top Talent) Minimum 1 year of front desk experience required Strong communication and professional guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and reservation software (or ability to learn quickly) Reliable transportation required Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Must be dependable, punctual, and guest-focused Schedule Requirements 8-hour shifts Morning, evening, night, and overnight availability required Weekends and holidays as needed
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
