Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hospitality Operations Associate, where your energy and dedication will elevate guest experiences and streamline hotel operations. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for guest relations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient management of reservations, and exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and multilingual skills will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember long after their stay. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in hotel management and hospitality systems while making a positive impact every day. Responsibilities Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth, utilizing property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through hospitality reservation systems, providing clear communication and personalized service. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and front desk operations. Assist with guest relations by offering local recommendations, responding to special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Support hotel emergency procedures by being prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to safety incidents or guest concerns. Conduct night audits when required, reconciling accounts and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded for financial integrity. Collaborate with team members across departments to uphold service excellence, maintain cleanliness standards, and support overall hotel management goals. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with familiarity using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of front desk procedures, hotel emergency protocols, and guest services best practices. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous, especially in roles involving night audit or guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
