Dursh Hospitality About Us:
We're not your standard hospitality company — and we don't want to be. At Dursh Hospitality , we manage our properties our own way, not by traditional industry standards. Our approach is proactive, people-focused, and deeply operational. Every team member plays a hands-on role in creating exceptional guest experiences, and the Front Desk is at the heart of that mission. Operate proactively:
Anticipate guest needs, solve problems before they escalate, and communicate clearly with all departments to deliver seamless service.

Uphold standards with integrity:
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times — even when it means telling a guest "no." Professionalism, fairness, and consistency are non-negotiable.
Stay hands-on:
Support housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed to ensure the property is guest-ready at all times.
Master the details:
Handle reservations, payments, and reports with precision and accountability.
Live the Dursh standards:
Follow and uphold Dursh-specific protocols. We do things differently, and consistency in our approach is key to our success.
Maintain brand integrity:
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand expectations across guest service, presentation, and communication.
Handle pressure with professionalism:
Whether it's a full lobby, a system issue, or a demanding guest — you stay steady, confident, and kind under pressure.

A calm, composed professional who can de-escalate tense situations and turn tough moments into positive guest experiences. Confident in enforcing policies and procedures with professionalism, empathy, and respect — even when delivering a "no." Comfortable being in constant motion — talking with guests, coordinating departments, and managing the front-of-house flow. Attention to detail and pride in accuracy — you double-check everything. Clear communicator who keeps both guests and teammates informed. A team player who supports others and takes ownership of the guest experience from start to finish. This Role is Not for
