WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are looking for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Weatherford, Texas! This hybrid role combines the essential responsibilities of a front desk agent with the critical duties of overseeing the hotel's night operations. You'll be ensuring guest satisfaction during late-night hours while maintaining the hotel's financial and operational balance.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A

positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions and balancing reports. Flexibility to work the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM , including weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—training is provided.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus. Proficiency with computers and office software; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a bonus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed. Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and emergencies efficiently. Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States. Reliable transportation to and from the hotel. Availability to work the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift consistently.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Welcome and assist guests with late check-ins, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience. Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and expenses, preparing and distributing daily reports. Reconcile guest accounts and process financial transactions with accuracy. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies during overnight hours. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Prepare the hotel for the following day by coordinating with the morning team and addressing any outstanding tasks.
