This dynamic role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to creating a warm, friendly environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Manage guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or additional services Handle phone etiquette professionally while answering inquiries via multi-line phone systems or in person Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail and confidentiality Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to stay organized, multitask efficiently, and remain calm under pressure during busy periods Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not required Join us as a Front Desk Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
