Blair House Inn Position Overview:

Blair House Inn is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Hospitality Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with light food service duties while coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Provide concierge-style assistance, including local recommendations and special requests Prepare, set up, and serve breakfast and dinner service to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and common areas Act as a liaison between guests and internal teams including housekeeping, grounds staff, and spa services Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance/grounds, and spa to ensure timely service Ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience throughout their stay Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks as needed

Schedule & Availability:

Flexible schedule required Shifts may include early mornings (breakfast service starting at 8:00 AM) Evening shifts may extend until 9:00 PM Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with light food preparation and service Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
