Job Description

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brigham City is seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and providing outstanding guest service, we'd love to hear from you. If you're looking for a flexible part-time position in a welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you!
Compensation:
$14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Hotel experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must live in the United States of America.
