Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator at the front of our organization. This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and possesses excellent organizational skills. As the first point of contact, you'll manage daily office operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and support administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Check guests in and out efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments or reservations. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns with excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office supplies. Keep accurate records and update customer information. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality. Skills Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with hotel reservation/property management systems (preferred). Cash handling and payment processing experience. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
